ESTICE - International Management

Présentation: ESTICE est un programme de Licence et de Master qui forme ses étudiants aux métiers du management international pour développer les projets et les stratégies des entreprises du secteur marchand et non marchand avec une approche multilingue, interculturelle et éthique.
- La dimension internationale avec la possibilité de vivre de 6 à 24 mois à l’étranger, en stage, expérience linguistique, échange académique ou en Master Tripartite entre Lille, la Russie et Taïwan.
- Une approche des langues appliquées au monde professionnel avec l’apprentissage de 3 langues vivantes obligatoires et plus de 50% des cours en langues étrangères.
- Une approche des affaires responsables
- Une approche de la formation plus authentique avec un suivi personnalisé au sein d’une école à taille humaine (promos de 100 étudiants) et une attente particulière portée sur le bien-être global de l’étudiant.

: ESTICE offers courses in International Management subjects, in order to develop skills to work both in the private sector and non-profit sector. Graduates are able to guide companies from the consumer or non-consumer sector to develop their strategies and projects with a multilingual, intercultural and ethical approach.- International dimension through 6 to 24 months experience overseas ; an academic exchange within our 40 partners around the world ; the BRIDGE Program : a triple diploma involving Lille, Russia and Taïwan.- Language learning process adapted to the professional environment: 3 languages taught. More than 50% of the courses are taught in foreign languages with the aim of creating strong multilingual capacities.- A more responsible approach to learning through personalised follow-up, daily academic guidance, close relationship with the teachers, individual support and dedicated services possible due to the small number of students (100 students).- Proximity with the business world with 5 internships, including last year in a part-time training.- Opportunity to customize your program (180h of specialization offered).
